Location: Woodlawn, Maryland

Settles Associates was brought in to develop a 15-year renovation implementation strategy for the four million s.f. Woodlawn campus and downtown Baltimore buildings. The short- and long-term planning document integrates building occupants with the planned building modernization program. Numerous scenarios were developed and evaluated in light of key criteria. The optimal Facilities Master Plan benefited SSA by meeting essential economic and management objectives:
